Here we are, back in old London Town, home of the big red busses, the \underground, and black taxis. And toast and marmalade (yes, I did Tony - wish you were here!) ... and where your ears "pop" as the tube dives underground.

Enjoyed the buskers at Covent Garden, especially the fabulous string quartet who are entertainment plus. They're also experts at Mozart, Vivaldi, Pachelbel, and others. The jugglers were quite interesting but the handcrafted hand bags were even more so (will show a sample when we get home). Had quite a chat with the designer. Wish you had been with me Bekah.

Also spent several happy hours at the V&A, and even some money. Andrew, you won't have to send off in Jan. for my annual V&A fix! xx

I particularly enjoyed the new aquisitions room. These included textiles and a few garments, also a very cute mickey-mouse chair.

Back to the hotel (and our executive suite upgrade) to find we missed a call from you, Colleen. Pity we missed you but no doubt we will catch a call sometime.  And thanks for the advice about the boots - they have walked many miles today and the old feet feel wonderful.
